I'm so excited for today's blog! Back in September I got to create the floral design for Mia and Brandon's stunning wedding at Morais Vineyards. Every aspect of their day was perfect, and I was honored to be a part of it. If you've never been to the vineyard, the venue is gorgeous, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. It truly has a "wow factor" coupled with a perfect natural landscape that is both breathtaking and unbeatable. Our couple and their bridal party prepared for the day on-site, thanks to the vineyard's brand new bridal suite. The venue's atmosphere makes you feel like you've been transported to another relaxing place, that guests are bound to enjoy - especially with all the great wine (after all, it is a vineyard)!
As Brandon and Mia got ready, the weather was perfect, everyone was excited, and every moment was beautifully captured by world-renowned photographer, Ken Pak. The pergola at their ceremony was dressed in perfect, colorful florals and white draping by us, and personalized with a monogram from Brightly Ever After. Mia had a clear vision for her day, with a love of soft colors and mauve and sangria accents. Their ceremony included a bouquet charm of Mia's mother who she gave a tribute to, a memorial table decorated with candles and flowers to honor her mother and Brandon's father, and the sweetest release of 22 butterflies (her mother loved them and it was a unique way to commemorate passed loved ones).
Their reception took place in the ballroom, with tall ceilings, and a grand window overlooking the vineyard. Their guests danced the night away and even enjoyed pizza as a late-night snack. Mia and Brandon are an incredible couple, with a great, fun energy, and a chemistry and love for each other that is unsurpassed. I'll never forget seeing her walk down that aisle, and watching their family and friends celebrate such a beautiful milestone with them.
